  •  CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASSES:

"Triple The Fat Burning Workout!" It is fun, exciting, and challenging. Cardio Kickboxing classes will sculpt your body lean and strong! The workout is a combination of unique non-contact kicking and punching combinations. Each class end with stretching, and strength building exercises. We focus on chest, abs, shoulders, triceps, back, biceps, legs, core, cardio & plyometrics, stretching and even a little yoga.

We offer a choice to train between 1 and 2 days a week. Cardio packages available in 8 and 16 week sessions.
